Standout Scene: Clint Confronts Nash! (Soaps In Depth (3/13/07)

Considering that One Life to Live's Clint had first championed him in Llanview, it was only natural for Nash to want to have a glass of wine with Jessica's father when the latter dropped by for a visit earlier this month. But the pleasantries didn't last long as the sensitive topic of Clint's relationships with Viki and Dorian soon gave way to a discussion about Nash's feelings for Jessica. "I suspect that I have the same feelings for her as you have for Viki," equivocated Nash. "I mean, after all, we both have children with the women in question." But Clint wouldn't easily accept that answer, pointing out that while Viki was single and free, Jessica was very much a married woman. "Nash, consider this a friendly warning," said Clint. "If you allow yourself to give in to your feelings for Jessie, you and several other people are going to be hurt...and I'd hate to see that happen." Nash, however, wouldn't commit either way, showing that the door was still open for him to make a move. And after that happens, things may not be so "friendly" the next time these two gents get together.
