Nash & Jess Make Love! (Soaps In Depth 4/24/07)

Jessica realizes this week that the problem with having only One Life to Live is that sometimes, there's not enough of you to go around. As Antonio pushes her to finalize Jamie's adoption, Nash makes one last plea for Jess to accept the fact that she married the wrong guy. As you might guess from the headline above, Antonio is not going to be pleased by how this all plays out!

Will She Or Won't She?
As the week begins, Nash confides in Clint his belief that Jessica would be making a big mistake if she moved forward with the adoption. Although very fond of Nash, Clint can't help being upset at the suggestion that his daughter's marriage is in serious trouble. When the lady in question arrives, Nash decides to put his cards on the table by telling her flat out that he knows she regrets having married Antonio!

As Nash pushes the issue and urges his true love to look inside her heart and do the right thing, it quickly becomes obvious that she is, in fact, torn. In the end, however, she opts to remain with Antonio, prompting Nash to pull a Claudia and delcare that he's leaving Llanview!

Freeze Frame
While Nash is packing his bags and making arrangements to skip town, Jess attends the adoption hearing...only to freeze when the big moment arrives! Everyone is shocked when the beauty announces that she can't go through with the adoption and runs from the courtroom. More than a few people are angry, but Viki jumps to her daughter's defense and gives the Jess-bashers a piece of her mind!

Blame It On The Rain
Unsure which way to turn, Jessica drives aimlessly through the rain-swept streets until she winds up seeking a little alone time at the quarry. As fate would have it, Nash's exit strategy takes him down the same road. Seeing Jessica's car at the quarry, the hunk pulls over to make sure she's okay. Soaked by the rain and tormented by the thunderous emotions roiling inside her, Jessica finally admits to Nash -- and herself -- that she loves him. At last unleashing their passion, the pair make passionate love in the pouring raing.

Meanwhile, Cristian considers telling his upset brother that Nash is still in love with Jessica. But before he can do so, Antonio gets word that Jessica's car has been spotted. Of course, he immediately dashed out the door to find Jessica and get a few answers. But will Antonio get more than he bargained for?
