Hit: Jessica's DID and Tess and Nash (Soap Opera Weekly 1/10/06)

The whole show is massively improved from last year, but my favorite story is the discovery that Jessica has an alternate personality, a great like-mother-like-daughter plot twist. This story upped the ante for the character, but unfortunately for Jess her alter, Tess, is an infinitely more interesting person. Besides, Tess' boyfriend, Nash, is a real doll, and the two have fabulous chemistry. They are a great love match and are far more appealing than Jess and Antonio. The plot has also given Erika Slezak a great story now that Viki has been forced to bring out Niki, the alter she had assimilated, in order to help her daughter become whole again.
