Splish, Splash! (Soaps In Depth 8/30/05)

In the controlled environment of a TV studio, the temperatures are kept cool for the actors. But Bree WIlliamson (Jessica/Tess) got a dose of real summer heat when the show went to Rye, NY, to shoot the recent Hamptons party scenes between Tess and Nash. "It was so uncomfortable -- the camera men had cold, wet towels wrapped around their heads and some even had ice cubes shoved in their baseball hats...that's how hot it was," Williamson relates. However, unlike the crew, the actress knew she'd be afforded a foolproof way to cool off: her swimming pool scene! "The pool was beautiful...I was so happy -- [the water] was a good 75 degrees," she shares. Sure, the actress had to strip down to her unmentionables and allow co-star Forbes March (Nash) to push her in, but heck, someone's gotta do it! "Forbes is tons os fun, and it's cool because we got to know each other a little bit while on location. I had the most amazing time," she admits.
